Active Green Window Solutions (AGWS) was set up as a partnership firm in 2011,
by its Managing Partner M V Subba Raju.
Shortly, AGWS was appointed as a distributor for Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) windows and doors by M/s Rehau of Germany, for the state of Andhra Pradesh.
In 2014, AGWS was selected as an exclusive partner for fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, façade and skylights by M/s Schueco of Germany. Later, AGWS was appointed as an exclusive distributor for kitchen sinks by M/s Carysil of Germany, and Raucord furniture by M/s Rehau of Germany.

Within the first year of its establishment AGWS achieved a turnover of Rs 7 crore as against its target of Rs.5 crore. In 2016-17, it crossed a turnover target of Rs 15 crore.
Today AGWS has two fabrication units at Pashmylaram on the outskirts of Hyderabad city. It is in the process of expanding its production capacity by setting up a second fabrication unit near its existing unit.

Advance Syntex Pvt Ltd began as a small scale unit which introduced glitter powder
for several uses ranging from decoration to textiles, besides many other uses.
